James Cleary (with Queen’s Counsel) and Patrick Bowe have appeared before the Court of Appeal in F and G (Children: Sexual Abuse Allegations) [2022] EWCA Civ 1002.

James represented the father and Patrick the mother. The mother’s former partner was appealing findings that he had sexually abused the parent’s four-year-old child. The court, who livestreamed a hearing within proceedings in July, refused the appeal and the findings were upheld.
