From Monday 27th June 2022, members of KCH Garden Square will be supporting their colleagues at the Bar, in the East Midlands and nationally, by participating in days of action. They will not attend court as a demonstration of support for the Criminal Bar Association’s request that the Government provide a commitment to support the independent Bar through adequate funding.

We understand that this will cause disruption and inconvenience to court users, but consider that such action is necessary in order to ensure the survival of a profession which we believe is essential in our society. We will continue to strive to provide the best possible standard of service to each of our clients.
