Local Solicitor
“I received this afternoon (on time) an application to dismiss prepared by Sam. It is a very detailed, concise and very well drafted argument. I like the way it has been set out. In my time, I have seen several and this one falls in my top bracket.”

“I wanted to say a few words about the hard work and time that Sam put into our case.
He inherited it late in the day and there were a number of issues, not only factually, but legally.
I could tell from his conversations with our client, and with myself, that he knew the case “inside out”.
It eased the stress that our client had been enduring in relation to the allegations.
I was present when Sam was in discussion with Prosecution Counsel in respect of the issues and his points and comments, I believe, led to the resolution.
It is pleasing to see the enthusiasm, hard work and time that he has put into it, knowing how busy the profession is at the moment.”
