Summary
Lisa is Associate Professor in Law at the University of Leicester. Her academic interests and expertise lie in employment law and discrimination. In 2016 she wrote a monograph on Vulnerability, Precarity and the Regulation of Work, and has published articles on employment law subjects in a range of journals including: the Industrial Law Journal, the International Journal of Discrimination and the Law, and the European Labour Law Journal.

Lisa is Deputy Director of the LLM Employment Law (distance learning) course at Leicester. She also teaches undergraduate employment law and supervises PhD students considering various themes: mental health at work, Deaf equality, social media in the workplace and the disclosure of criminal convictions to employers. Lisa is a member of the European Working Group on Labour law which each year arranges an international comparative seminar for students on an issue of pressing concern in employment law.
