Andrew has extensive experience of all aspects of property disputes and many of his cases involve Cohabitee disputes and other Trusts of Land applications (He is sometimes described as a divorce lawyer for unmarried couples). Andrew is also often instructed in matters involving disputes over Wills and Probate – including Inheritance Act claims.

This case was typical of many Inheritance Act cases. The deceased left some of her property to her children by her first marriage. Her second husband, who survived her, claimed this property. Mr

Andrew represented the claimants throughout this long-running dispute in the High Court, the County Court and the Court of Appeal, proving breaches of trust and forgery of a will and obtaining substantial money orders against former trustees and advising on enforcement and on accounting issues arising in the administration of the estate.
