We are pleased to welcome Paul Stimson to the Criminal Team from today.

Paul began his legal career being called to the Bar in 2003 & accepting tenancy at a London set. Having re-located to the Midlands, Paul joined Crown Prosecution Service where, during a 17 year career, he held many management positions and was one of the first group, selected by the Chief Crown Prosecutor, of Crown Advocates. Despite having moved into management, resulting in his most recent appointment as Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor at CPS North London, Paul retained his passion for advocacy continuing to prosecute cases of varying complexity. Paul returned to the self-employed Bar & joined KCH Garden Square in 2023. He is available for instruction in all areas of Criminal Law in the Crown and Magistrates Courts for both Prosecution and Defence.
