Andrew joined KCH Garden Square in 1999 having previously worked as a solicitor with Eversheds and Massers. This valuable experience gives him an insight into the relationship between solicitors and barristers, making his attention to detail second to none.
Andrew undertakes a broad mix of litigation work with a particular emphasis on:
Trusts of Land
Family Inheritance Provision
Land Disputes – Boundaries, Rights of Way etc
Landlord and Tenant
Andrew has extensive experience of all aspects of property disputes and many of his cases involve Cohabitee disputes and other Trusts of Land applications (He is sometimes described as a divorce lawyer for unmarried couples). Andrew is also often instructed in matters involving disputes over Wills and Probate – including Inheritance Act claims.
Many of Andrew’s cases feature unusual points of law which require investigation, as his attention to detail is second to none.

Mr Beaumont settled the pleadings and advised throughout. The case was settled in accordance with Mr Beaumont’s advice.
S Ltd v M S
In this case Mr Beaumont obtained an urgent ‘without notice injunction’ on behalf of a Public Access client following allegations of passing off and breach of a confidentiality agreement.
