Lynsey was called to the Bar in 2006 and practises in all areas of criminal law, both prosecuting and defending. She has a vast amount of trial experience in the Magistrates’ Court and Youth Court, involving cases of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Harassment, Robbery, VAT Fraud and Benefit Fraud. Lynsey has successfully contested a number of applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and Football Banning Orders.
Lynsey is a level 3 CPS Advocate on the Midland Circuit and has undertaken CPS accredited training on prosecuting sexual offences.
She has a succesful criminal practice, prosecuting and defending serious offences of violence, child cruelty, drugs and sexual offences.
Lynsey is hard working, professional and approachable with a vast experience of cases involving vulnerable witnesses and clients. She has been a led junior in multi defendant cases involving serious violence and immigration offences.
