Chambers are pleased to announce that two members of KCH Garden Square have been appointed to lead the Nottingham Bar Mess. Samuel Coe has taken over as Chair of the Bar Mess and Leanne Summers as its Secretary. Ben Chapman and Samuel Lowne both also represent chambers on the Bar Mess as committee members.
The Nottingham Bar Mess is an association of and for barristers practising in Nottingham and aims to promote the interests of its members and provide opportunities for social events for its members and other legal professionals.
Following his appointment, Samuel said:
“I am delighted to take over as Chair of the Nottingham Bar Mess having been a committee member since 2015. There is a great camaraderie at the Nottingham Bar and we have missed seeing our members over the last twelve months. I am pleased to say that we have a number of exciting events planned once the lockdown restrictions have eased.“
