Oliver is a Teaching Fellow at Leicester Law School, where he has taught since 2011 across the modules of Contract Law and Constitutional & Administrative Law as well as helping with mooting, debating and other advocacy exercises in the Law School

Following his nomination, Oliver said:
“Thank you very much indeed to those students who took the time to nominate me, during what has been a very challenging year for them. I am very fortunate to work alongside a team of dedicated and talented academics at the University of Leicester Law School, who are committed to providing an outstanding legal education to their students.
I remain grateful, as ever, to my supportive colleagues and excellent clerks at KCH Garden Square for allowing me to indulge my passion for teaching, alongside a busy full time practice at the Bar.”
