We hope you and your families remain safe and well.
As we enter into a second lockdown, we would like to provide an update on our position at chambers and how we are working during these unprecedented times.
KCH Garden Square continues to follow government guidelines and we are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff, members and visiting clients whilst ensuring that there is minimal disruption to the services we offer.
Our offices are open, manned by limited numbers of staff to ensure social distancing measures are maintained. All other staff are working remotely and can provide assistance with enquiries, whether by phone or e-mail, just as normal.
Despite the Courts gradually increasing their numbers of in person hearings, both of our locations have remote hybrid hearing facilities which allows us to offer safe and secure facilities to use for all types of remote hearings, prison links and conferences as well as forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations.
The space within our large conference rooms allow all social distancing guidelines to be adhered to whilst facilitating an effective environment for our Counsel to provide advice and support to their clients in person throughout the duration of a hearing whilst maintaining a safe distance.
KCH Garden Square will continue to monitor the situation and act in accordance with Government advice. For more information on our remote facilities or if you have any questions about how we continue to manage our operations to deal with the ongoing impact of Covid-19, please do not hesitate to contact us.
