Family and Civil pupil Claire Garton has prepared an addendum article concomitant to the recent message from the Lord Chief Justice, Master of the Rolls and President of the Family Division, released on 15th April 2020.  It also follows further guidance from the Legal Aid Agency and the announcement from the Foreign Secretary on the 16th April that the strict lockdown restrictions will continue for ‘at least’ another three weeks.
