As the current situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to update you on our position at chambers.
We continue to follow government guidelines and are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff and members whilst ensuring that there is minimum disruption to the services we offer.
In line with recent advice, Chambers has closed both offices to the general public to eliminate footfall and unnecessary contact.
Our Nottingham office is manned only by essential staff to ensure social distancing measures and all other staff have remote facilities set up to ensure they can deal with enquiries, whether by phone or e-mail, just as normal.
Over the past few weeks, our Counsel have been engaged in many hearings, conference and advocates meetings via remote ways of working such as skype, zoom and multi-party conference calling.
If you do require assistance, and wish to make an enquiry, then our contact numbers are as usual – 0115 941 8851 and 0116 298 7500 where your enquiry will still be transferred through to the relevant clerking team who will be happy to help with any enquiry you may have.
Should you wish to make an e-mail enquiry, then the standard e-mail addresses of family@kchgardensquare.co.uk, civil@kchgardensquare.co.uk and crime@kchgardensquare.co.uk will still be manned by our clerking teams.
If out of hours assistance is required then clerks can be reached via two out of hours contact numbers:
Family & Civil – 07789 932421
Crime – 07917 860192
Many thanks for your continued instructions and stay safe.
