Samuel is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and was called to the Bar in November 2019. He studied Archaeology at the University of Sheffield for his undergraduate degree before completing both the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Nottingham Law School.
Whilst completing his law studies, Samuel partook in multiple mooting and advocacy competitions and exercises. He further spent time volunteering in the Law School’s Legal Advice Centre (LAC), helping provide advice for those that had legal issues but who may not have qualified for legal aid.
Outside of work, Samuel is a keen sportsman with particular interests in rugby and football.
Samuel is completing a Criminal Pupillage under the supervision of Mr Jonathan Straw.
