Pami is a senior member of the family team. She has extensive experience of Financial Provision on separation and divorce together with Public Law and Private Law Children Act Proceedings. She has acted for Parents; Children; Guardians and Local Authorities.

She has gained a reputation of being very thorough in her preparation and presentation of her work.


Pami obtained a BA Honours Degree in Law from De Montfort University in Leicester in 1983. She began her career in banking and lecturing before switching to law.

Extensive experience in dealing with cases that involve: sexual abuse, non-accidental injuries; baby shaking; factious illness; learning disabled parents; intentional suffocation; unlawful killing; removal from the jurisdiction.

Complex cases like these often require a forensic approach and skillful preparation of both cross examination and detailed skeleton argument and summaries, working closely with clients and solicitors alike to produce the best possible outcome.

Pami always works towards a solution that is in the best interests of her clients, and has been described as a formidable opponent.

Pami is a member of the Midland Circuit, Middle Temple, Family Law Bar Association, Leicestershire Medico-Legal Society and an affiliate member of Resolutions. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator, also sitting as Legal Chairperson with the Residential Property Tribunal.
