Mark is an experienced trial advocate in the Crown Court and believes in providing a thorough service to professional and lay clients alike. He recognises the need to take an early interest in his caseload and to manage cases from the outset.
Mark has a strong and well developed practice in all aspects of criminal law. He has extensive knowledge in cases involving serious violence and the supply of drugs. His particular experience is in cases of sexual offences. He is often requested for sensitive cases involving allegations of a sexual nature and has defended and prosecuted in high profile police operations involving child exploitation.

Mark is fluent in French, having studied and worked in France and Brussels; his recent travelling included living and working in Los Angeles. He is a keen cyclist and in 2012 completed the journey from John O’Groats to Land’s End in 10 days.
