Lynsey-Knott
Summary

Lynsey was called to the Bar in 2006 and practises in all areas of criminal law, both prosecuting and defending. She has a vast amount of trial experience in the Magistrates’ Court and Youth Court, involving cases of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Harassment, Robbery, VAT Fraud and Benefit Fraud. Lynsey has successfully contested a number of applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and Football Banning Orders.

 

Lynsey is a Grade 3 prosecutor with vast experience in all aspects of criminal law.
She is especially highly regarded in cases involving domestic violence and cases with vulnerable witnesses.

Lynsey studied law at the University of Leicester and the Bar Vocational Course at Nottingham Trent Law School.
